Mt. Vernon Condominiums

The Fitness Room is a well-equipped facility with cardio and strength equipment. This amenity is designated for use by unit owners OR their renters only--no guests or children under age 18 are permitted. Guidelines and Rules are posted in the fitness room and these must be read and followed whenever you use the Fitness Room. Use of the facility constitutes your acknowledgement to abide by the Guidelines and Rules with the understanding that you are using the equipment at your own risk. Please help us keep this room clean and well-organized! Use the sign-up sheet  near the doorway to reserve your desired workout time. 

Our lobby is available for periodic reserved use by completing the Lobby Request Form and submitting it to the Board mailbox. There is no restroom available for events so owners must accommodate guests in their home. The event organizer is responsible for all clean up of the lobby and kitchen area to return it to original condition. All events should end no later than 10 pm to limit late night noise and allow time to clean before departing.

Our pool is an inviting setting for swimming and relaxing. Please use the access key provided to owners and ALWAYS keep the pool area locked at entry and exit. No animals or food/beverages are allowed inside the gated area. Maximum pool capacity is 10 people. Guidelines are posted on the fence near the shed. Rules are posted in the document section of this website--please read!

There is no lifeguard, diving is not permitted, and use of the pool area is at your own risk. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The chairs are for everyone's use but all items must be returned to the shed area prior to exiting (to avoid chairs and floats blowing into the pool). Be aware that noise and voices carry quite easily to the units with windows facing the pool so be considerate of those residents.
